Do I need to have experience working out to join?
No! The Great part about Fit To The T Training is we start you WHERE YOU ARE. We typically have a beginning session on a Saturday morning to introduce you to the flow of the workouts and do an assessment to know what level of exercises you will do each day. Coach Tam is there for you every step of the way and will make sure you get the attention and help you need throughout each session.
Do I have to commit for a certain amount of time?
Although majority of our ladies stay with us for a minimum of 3 months, commitment is not required. Those who choose to stay longer hit their fitness goals and learn ways throughout to SUSTAIN them. We also provide discounts for those that commit for a longer time!
Do you offer a morning class?
YES! We have morning sessions starting at 7 am through 10am.
I worked with you before, am I able to sign back up?
Of course! All of Coach Tam’s previous clients are welcome to join the team again.
How much does it cost per session?
Currently, our packages are UNLIMITED sessions! We do this to help you get the most out of your program. You can even come twice a day if you’d like!
I have certain limitations, am I able to still participate?
Coach Tam welcomes EVERYONE. During your consultation it is important to be honest and let her know what is going on so that she can adjust and ensure we are a great fit for you.
