Small Group training is in-person Monday-Friday .The available times are 6:00 AM, 7:00 AM, 8:00 AM,9:00 AM 4:00 PM, 5:00 PM, & 6:00 PM. You are required to book your classes and times at least 2 hours in advance since there is a cap of 5 ladies per class. These classes are ran by Coach Tam. Please note: this is a monthly subscription that you can cancel at any time. Missed classes do not roll over into the next month.

Our online coaching program is a perfect fit for women who are not in the area but would like to still receive help and programming by Coach Tam. We make it easy for you by giving you FULL access to the Fit To The Training app where you will be able to receive your personalized workout program as well as nutritional coaching! This app gives you a way to keep up with your progress as well as videos to follow along with for your workouts.
